Can Mercader was originally a large industrial block facing four streets. Our team was instrumental in the full spectrum of this deal, from negotiation and Development of rezoning within the so-called PMU (Pla de Millora Urbana) until construction and delivery of units to future residents. The project is a complex of two residential buildings including retail shops as well as communal areas with kinder gardens and swimming pools. The Property is located in the municipality of Cornellà del Llobregat in Barcelona, just opposite the largest green park within the region: Parc de Can Mercader. Currently working on two adjacent plots to develop phase 2 with additional 60 units including social housing.
