MARIO SANZ BERNAL

Mario held various positions of the highest responsibility for various companies accumulating more than 30 years in the development business, building more than 15,000 residential units, offices and shopping centers. He has extensive experience in opening new branches and markets within the real estate sector and is a well-recognized real estate professional in Spain. His projects extend mainly through Catalonia, Madrid, Valencia and the Balearic Islands. Before co-founding ADEQUA, Mario was CEO at SACRESA prior to METROVACESA’s purchase and subsequently CEO of the listed group PARQUESOL (later Grupo San José). Mario is an Industrial Engineer and has a Masters in Business Administration from UPC, a PDG and a PADE from the IESE Business School.

Before co-founding ADEQUA, Pepe has led the department and the real estate strategy for one of the most important family owned construction groups in Catalonia with activities through more than 50 companies with real estate assets, concessions and business real estate related holdings. Previously he spent 5 years managing investment funds for CGP and AEW Europe based in London. He has experience in the field of Private Equity Real Estate with acquisitions of assets, companies and real estate portfolios in the main European markets. Pepe is an Industrial Engineer with the specialty in Structures and Construction and has a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment from the CASS Business School in London and more recently a Master’s in Big Data from the University of Cambridge.

Josep is a well-established businessman whose career began 50 years ago with the creation of an important construction and development group in Catalonia, with a broad and multidisciplinary project base that exceeds more than 1,000 successfully completed projects. Josep has also founded and managed other companies, with a parallel approach to the construction business, such as real estate development, concessions, renewable energy, social housing, sports centers, nursing homes, and other related businesses. Josep is currently present on the Board of Directors of numerous other companies in which he participates. Josep is an Industrial Engineer and is a professional who provides great knowledge to the management platform.
