Adequa was in charge of negotiating and purchase the debt from BBVA bank for Equilis, a development fund from Belgium. Our team was instrumental to renew and expand the total surface within its current retail lisense. The property has also built a new Student Housing block with several facilities within the same site. The shopping center was delivered and opened by the end of 2018.
