Co-development of a leasehold transaction with the Municipality of Barcelona consisting in the joint design, construction and exploitation of a site including several buildings being the most prominent the W Hotel. Port of Barcelona skyline has a new landmark building with a stunning architecture and 105 feet high stranded at the sea. This project was the first hotel that the American group W Hotels Worldwide opened in Western Europe.
