Acquisition and development of a large site with the construction and operation of 2 logistics warehouses that could be leased as stand-alone assets or by units. The portfolio was 100% leased with two separate occupiers within the e-commerce industry and was under management for 15 years before selling to a national family office. At this point, we are currently working for a second phase turn-key project development on a neighbouring site of 22,700 sqm.
