Asset initially developed as the headquarters for the italian bank SANPAOLO. Location was strategic in terms of latency (speed of data) thanks to building connectivity to the main communication nodes as well as for its power supply and redundancy systems. Before bank’s occupancy we acquired the asset and leased it to a large construction firm for offices on one side. We set up one of the first data center businesses with facilities in the remaining building.
