The company was the first self-storage facility within Catalonia and it was founder and chair of national association. After building a remarkably successful center along the ring road to the airport in Cornellà del Llobregat, the company began expanding with two other projects in the outskirts of Barcelona until prices for the land achieved prohibitive levels. At that point, we were approached by Bluespace, a large competitor entering the market with fresh equity from the Pramerica Real Estate fund. As of 2010, we decided to exit and Bluespace acquired the company.
