Joint development and management of a business park consisting in a 3 phase-project, with an initial phase of 6 large floor plate buildings designed by architects R.Rogers & Alonso-Balaguer, creating a new business hub in the proximity of Barcelona with an outstanding connection both to the city center and the Barcelona International Airport. The asset incudes 6 separate buildings corresponding to phase 1 and a potential future development of additional 50,000 sqm. The park was jointly developed with the Goodman Group and it is currently owned by a new private fund managed by Meridia Capital.
