Vitalia Group currently ranks 3rd in total number of places within the senior housing sector in Spain. Our involvement was initial within the healthcare group where we designed and developed the first two of centers in Barcelona before the larger expansion of the group along with its founder and a private equity fund. The group has over 5,000 staff across different centers in Spain and has currently the largest pipeline of new projects exceeding 30 development sites. We exited our share within Vitalia Home upon entrance of its main shareholder CVC Capital Partners and it is no longer a portfolio company.
