Acquisition of an existing workshop building with retail shops with existing occupants in the city centre of Hospitalet del Llobregat. The job consisted in the negotiation of its vacant position and later development of 17 apartments with new retail units. The property has a 40-meter façade and is located next the Santa Eulalia local food market and in close proximity to the “Judicial City”, the metropolitan Courts of Barcelona.
