Acquired various plots for a 6-phase development program in the town of Vila-seca, between Tarragona and Salou. The work consisted in the development and construction of 300 multifamily apartments in a successfully tourist area of Vila-seca, 5-minute driving distance from the biggest Leisure Park in Catalunya, the so-called Port Aventura complex.
